Your mod app looks good, but you didn't put enough effort in it. A mod app should represent the player as good as possible. So, I recommend looking at accepted or successful moderator applications, to find some extra ideas. I would not copy whole sentences, that would be plagiarism and that's against the rules.

He is/was trying to give you advice and tried to help you. And he did write an application, quite good if I do say so myself. But nobody is perfect, we can all try. And nobody hates you, we just sometimes need to be hard on people so we can get our point across.
