ok I'm not sure if this is a 1.9 glitch but this happened while I was on creative, some blocks were moving around as if leaning and followed me upon certain perspectives; usually with a strangely shaped thing on my character that could be identified as a banner

 

i'v also notised thorugh looking through chat that other people are... whatever this is...

This is most likely a glitch with your Minecraft, computer, or 1.9.
You can always try reinstalling Minecraft, or re-logging.
