Today, half of the class have to make 2 different type of doughnut and show them to the teacher for marks. I decided to make a Black Forest Doughnut and "the carnival" doughnut ("the carnival") is just a name I made up. You can see the doughnut after fried, rest, decorated and the middle image shows the closeup of the doughnuts and the last row on bottom shows it gets packaged and was sent upstairs to the bake shop.

Black forest seems very good. I have to admit The Carnival looks better but i am a chocolate fan.

Thanks, yesterday my instructor looked at it and she says "do you feel proud of it?" And I said "yes, I'm happy on what I've accomplished".
