First problem is that one the prison server there is only one guard!! (YYY) and others have been de-moted or banned. We need more to keep the server more safe and fun for players atleast 4 other gaurds that are on regularly to enforce the rules and do a good job at it. Second thing is the server needs a Sr.warden that can help fix broken plots,Put up new shops,get rid of illegal shops, and has permission everywhere to fix any issues or wrecks. And third is that we need a Head-guard or Warden that has permission to remove shops because several people need other shops removed from thier plots but can't because they dont have proper perms. Now im not asking we need and new mods but just guards,wardens and head guards. Please revise this suggestion because recently the prison has been crazy with people breaking rules because of shortage of guards.I hope new guards will be selected to enforce the rules and wardens cause we really need one because they only go on once every 1-2 months. Side-note just saying that I am one of the people on the prison server that would be happy to be a guard or better (Just saying in case you need people to assume the roles of guard) Thank sthis would really help the prison server a lot! - By: mikehike
I second the motion to get more support for the server. I have a guard application filed. I would forfeit that application, provided the server gets the proper support that it deserves. I enjoy playing on the server, when people aren't doing things that they shouldn't.
Mike is right. We could need more guards. People using caps, Cursing, spamming. And no one cant do nothing about it.
I think mike is right he makes the same point i do. I even have tried to get guard application just today because of the same reason! Your not the only one that's trying to help the prison. Even just saw cueball make a post very much alike. I just noticed that mike hike just posted his moderator application. LETS SEE IF ONE OF US GETS THE JOB!
It's not just YYY , I go on Prison and do reports. I did reports last night and jailed over 8 people who used Lava.
While we do appreciate what you're doing. Over the weekend, there were at least 30 people complaining about getting lava'd. It is tough to contain an entire server 24/7 when there are just two of you. Something needs to be done.
Another thing. Even if Kron gets back to his previous position. He has other servers to moderate and only so much time in the day to do so, as does YYY. Not sure if you're a mod on any other servers Rakion; but even if you don't. You can't be online 8 hours a day either, I'm sure.
I did my best to be on everyday before i got banned. And, i did my best to watch people who had lava and make sure people didn't spam, caps, or swear.
I can only tell people so many times to get screenshots. It takes time to post screenshots of offenders. Not everyone wants to 'rat someone out,' and when you have to do it every 10-15 minutes it eventually degrades the quality of the server when people quit playing because people lava because they don't want to do their own work to rank up. I have made the suggestion to remove all lava in the prison. Perhaps that can be looked at as a reasonable solution.
If I had heard correctly, you were demoted due to lack of activity on the forums. If that is the case, it doesn't make any sense to me; considering you were cutting the infractions ON the server, instead of waiting for them to hit the forums. To me a pro-active approach is much more viable than a reactive one.
