If you had the ability you change your appearance to anyone you wanted, who would it be? You only have the ability to change once, and you will spend the rest of your life looking like them. It can be anyone, someone famous, a friend, etc. You will still have your usual life, its just your appearance
If you wish, you can just say you want to stay the same.
