Just a quick and small suggestion, when playing infection I noticed that a specific death message with the word ' his ' , however if a female player dies, wouldn't calling them a male pronoun be wrong? And should this be changed to a pronoun such as ' their ' like the other death messages?

Yes, several other death messages have pronouns such as ' their '

In the English language the assumed gender is always male. This is not sexism.

There's no point. Why does it even matter.

It's the same concept as bathroom signs. If a sign is a regular stick figure, with no distinguished features that separates it from the usual, it's usually assumed to be male. If someone dies in infection, and there's no message that separates it from the usual, it's usually assumbed to be male.

If you draw long hair on that stick figure it is assumed female, so if somebody's name is female, saying
' his ' would not be right, it would have to be ' their ' to fit both genders

I'm just saying that male is considered to be default unless labeled differently.

So you're implying that being female isn't default?

I'm not implying anything. I'm talking about what society has portrayed as the default. Most people, when they don't know the gender of someone, consider that person to be a male. You don't often hear people refer to others as "they" when unsure of a gender. Especially on a game such as minecraft, since it's the majority.

You said ' male is considered to be default ' , in other words, its also saying female is not default.
