NA Ninja's Moderator Application (yes I'm applying again :P)

I never thought I was ever going to apply again, but here it goes.

I. How old are you?
I am 16 years old.

II. What is your in-game name?
My in-game name is ninjaio.

III. What timezone are you in?
I live in the Eastern Standard Timezone (EST).

IV. What country do you live in?
I live in the United States.

V. What languages do you speak?
I speak English and I am currently in my second year of Spanish in school.

VI. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?
Yes, I have Nvidia Shadowplay.

VII. Why do you think you should become a mod?
Many people state a big long list explaining every single point on why they should become moderator. I don't feel that to be necessary. I was a part of this staff team, but was demoted for abusing. I have since grown so much from that point and now feel that I can finally redeem myself. I have applied a few times after my demotion, but I plan for this to be the last application. I have been playing Mineverse for a very long time and understand all of the rules set into place and know the community very well. I recently took a break from Minecraft (after selling my account, IN1NJAI, I really had no way of playing) and recently have found the longing to come back. I have been using the forums for a few months now after leaving and playing in-game a little here and there. I have noticed many changes to the way things are done and have adapted what I know of this server already to what has changed. This server is one of the best things I have experienced in my life. If I never logged onto this server back on that beautiful sunny day, I would not be the person I am today. I understand very well that this sounds stupid and weird, but I really do feel that way. I am not just applying for the heck of it. I am personally asking the community to forgive me for what I did almost two years ago and see the potential I can bring to this server. When I set myself to do something, I do it. I never back down and certainly won't on here. I have changed so much over these past years and finally feel I am ready for applying again.

VIII. How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I can be active for about an hour to 2 hours each day.

IX. How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I have been playing Mineverse since June 2013.

X. Have you ever been banned in the past?
Yes, I have been banned many times. The bans were all correct and I admit to doing wrong to deserve all of them (for some of them I denied that I did the bad deed, but I actually did). All of these bans were months and even years ago, but I still consider them part of my experience on this server. I have been banned for hacking, abusing, cursing, etc. These bans helped me better understand the rules of Mineverse and I have since grown away from my childish self.

XI. Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, I was a prison guard from April of 2014 to May of 2014. I was demoted for abusing my powers as a staff member.
