• Why you want to be mod, you said "because I like to help people and stuff" that isn't good enough, put traits and a lot more information on why you want to be mod, this states your not ready to become a mod

• Get some sort of recording device to catch hackers etc.
• Spelling error (you spell experience wrong) * not esperince
• Add some colours to make the app stand out

I don't think you're that mature and experienced. You don't see that helpful too. You should add some colors, add WAY more information about yourself. You have 2 Application open too tho.
