NA ⭐Moderator Application⭐ *IMPROVED*

Introduction
Hello Mineverse community, my name is Garrett, but I like to go by Mr_Nutty.
Today I am deciding to apply for a moderator position because i feel I fit the requirements! Hope you enjoy reading my application and I look forward to seeing your thoughts, thanks!

I am 15 years of age and my birthday is in December. Though fairly young, I do find myself mature enough to handle this
position.

(i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)- Yes (Fraps) and can easily snap screenshots in-game.​

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I would like to become a staff member because I love helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience and becoming mod will help me achieve my goal. As staff on my first server I played on, the people were helping and supportive towards me. If I am lucky enough to receive a staff rank, I will watch out for hackers and hack clients, and I will work my butt off to help Mineverse be an even better place to be. I would NOT abuse my powers as staff and I would be a responsible staff member as you should be. I would also be sure to inform all staff members about a hacker and get their insight. Also, as a mod you have to be helpful to everyone. No matter who needs my help for whatever it may be (voting, server info, reporting) I will give my very best effort to help them! Overall I would like to be a mod to ensure that Mineverse is and will always be the best place to be!!!

Traits Of A Moderator
Responsibility
I am very responsible and always do what is expected of me. I will do my best to handle any situation and handle my consequences in a mature fashion, whether the consequence be good or bad.
Friendly
I make new friends fairly easily, talking to people is one thing I enjoy doing. Making friends means you can trust anyone with anything you need. I can be trusted and help with anything you may need.
Mature
I can make immature jokes and have my moments, but that's human and happens within most people. Don't get me wrong though I can/will be mature when necessary.
NOT Bias
I find being bias as an immature and and ignorant trait to have. I will, if severe enough, ban people I am close to or even know. Whether they be well known or be a personal friend of mine. I care about being fair on a server and if ban is required I will do it. And if this ruins a friendship then you probably didn't have a real or strong friendship.
Understanding
I am understanding. Everyone is completely different meaning everyone has completely different views and opinions on certain subjects and I will try to always be understanding of them. For example, if someone happens to be accused of hacking, I will first ask nicely to accused "hacker" and next try to search and record evidence (if hacking). I will not jump to conclusions.
Productivity
If given the chance, I win be productive in helping people with things such as reporting, voting, etc. I ensure you if I become a part of the Mineverse staff, I can make the community a better, more fun place to be.
Dedication
Though I have not been as active (on the server and forums) as most of you nor me have liked I do wish to become more active as of this year. I want and need to be more active on this server, because the server is very enjoyable and the Mineverse community is one of the best out there. Also, a few things play into my inactivity school, sports, and family issues, but those are excuses and I don't like excuses.

3 to 3 1/2 hours, depending on the weekday or weekend​

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes I have been mod on another server that closed down due to hackers and the owner's ip got revealed.

I once asked my friend if he'd save me over a family member of his. He instantly said he'd save his family member. I respect his choice. He may be bias, as he sort of hates his family and I treat him better, but family always comes first. I'd give my life to save his family member in a certain situation where only one of us could be saved.

How dare you say that bias is an immature and ignorant trait to have. Bias is the reason why your parents would protect you over themselves, even if you treated them like trash.
