A lot of low level servers accept applications like this, I used to have a server, and applications like this came in a LOT, so I think people are just used to making short applications and expecting to get staff, without being active either.

 

I think you should have to work towards being able to get staff rather than just saying "I want staff" which a lot of people do. Also, I've seen this person advertise a Death Warp on Skyblock.

 

I know, this server has a top-notch staff team, so you must at least try and make a top-notch application ;)
