Items needed for this lesson: a nose, nose holes, a tissue, a finger, and a wet cotton swab. how to begin: first you will need some boogies, so go outside and smelll a bush and get pollen up in ur nose. steps 1-10: 1. sit down in a comfy chair, or lay against the wall. 2. grab a tissue and stick it up ur nose. 3. get a wet cottonball and wet ur outsides of ur nose to protect ur mouth from those slimey boogies!!!! 4. gently push ur finger in one nostrail and blow out the other one. 5. slowly push ur fifnger around the walls of ur nose and look for any boogies! 6. if u find one, grab it and yank it out. 7. wipe the excess boogie off and throw away. 8. carefully throw away the booger, BUT IF UR A REAL CHAMP, eat it. 9. wash ur hands because no one wants ur germs 10. breathe in and out! more guides will be made in the future!
