Prison scammed me OpWizzard [Banned] ~Dyna

2. The offender's exact ingame name: OpWizzard
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: so we where talking about a price so I could purchase 2 beacons, we agreed on a price of 13bil for 2 beacons. I went to his plot and he tole me to pay first, I said that I am worried that he might be a scammer and he said he has a friend which is a mod. after this I started recording just in case. I gave him the money and he warped away without giving me the items needed, I am requesting to either have the 2 beacons or the 13 bil back, thanks.
4. Evidence/full screenshots. : it won't let me upload the video so I don't know how to prove it.

The only way would be to post it here. Why won't it allow you to post it? Does it give you an error?
