Are you srs. Welcome to life, people are mean, that's what I call reality. The term cyber bullying is an excuse for people to revert to when they have no other solution.

Cyber-bullying is a huge issue that is only increasing, and it's saddening to think that the things that are said to people on the internet can leave a negative affect on their real life.

Yes, people have the ability to just 'walk away' or 'leave' however they shouldn't have to do that to not get bullied. Here, we have the option to ignore players who are bothering us, but not all sites do; and besides, it doesn't work 100% of the time like it should, people find ways.

The problem with cyber-bullying is that it is done anonymously, as people can quite simply claim to be someone that they aren't (whether that be with a fake picture, name, location, etc). People tend to act differently online than they do in the real world, which isn't always a bad thing, but it often causes bad things to happen (like cyber-bullying).

Word of advice- don't say things to/about people you don't know. You can't tell what someone is going through just by looking at them (or in this case, their profile). They could be dealing with things that you couldn't even begin to understand and little comments that people make toward them really do not help. Even if they are happy, and have nothing going on, leave them alone. Don't ruin someone's day just because you're having a bad one.

I really hate to see people being picked on, or even harassed online. Action is rarely taken and when it is, it isn't much. If you are being bullied/witness anyone being bullied, report it. It could help.
