I honestly don't get this at all. This just seems as a little plan to get more supports for your moderator application. (Kinda made it clear at the end..)

I was a mod myself and I never really spent half a day moderating the server and I also never really got stressed out because most of the time, the staff were under control and handling reports and moderating the server without a fuss. The staff may not be too organized and respected, but we're still in control and everything is ok for most of the time

 

You have said you're 14 yet you work in a starting up company, this whole thread is just you trying to advertise your mod application. The staff know what they are signing up for
