Capes Update Thingy

Am I the only one that despises this new update? Hate to see Mineverse implementing new Micro-Transactions especially with this one. A cape that you can ONLY use on MV for the EXACT same price as an Optifine donation would cost except, with the OF cape you can use it everywhere. I find it unfair that MV is ripping us off with a cape only available on this server. Just go donate to Optifine guys.

I wouldn't say we were "salty", it's your opinion if you want one.

 

I am the same age as you, so calling me a "young man" would not suit me. Go ahead and make threads about how ridiculous this idea is. The people that love Mineverse and want to support it will continue and buy a cape. I think the cape idea is great, but price is not.

if it were any other capes it'd be fine but they're basically stealing merchandise off mojang with the minecon capes, lol

Hm. Minecon capes are exclusive to those that attend the events if Im correct. But you could find a banner that has an iron golem, upload it to optifine and use that

Optifine is better in all angles of the Mineverse capes.

With Optifine, you can buy a single cape, then make any design or change the colors.
With Mineverse capes you have to buy multiple capes.

Mineverse capes works with ONLY Mineverse. Optifine works everywhere and all you have to do is download a beneficial mod, which isnt even that hard.

Optifine is just $10, Mineverse capes is also $10 but to get another design is another $10.

Plus, after all the money Mineverse is getting with the amount of donors on this server, they want more money even though they can't even use that money to fix their own lag?
