[Creative] /staff /request and /friends

I think that /staff should be able to be accessed on creative because some people are rude and disgusting on chat and advertise other servers. If we need to get a mod quickly, we can't. You have to reconnect to the hub which can sometimes take up to a minute for me - sometimes I disconnect. Then you have to explain to the staff what is going on and by that time the people have left the server. We could either add staff. Or...

We could send requests for a mods help by doing /request (mod name) it can't be spammed as you will only be able to do it once in half an hour or something like that, to one mod head-mod to the co-owner or owner. We can then catch scammers a lot quicker with the readdition of /gmsg . That command also needs to be reintroduced because I tried to catch @CypriotMerks yesterday but he was playing on minigames and I couldn't speak to him to ask for a plot reset.

It is also very annoying when you can't do /friends. I suggest this too should be added to creative. @AthleticPsycho would also agree XD

It seems odd that there's no /staff on a gamemode which needs /staff the most.
