Lost Rank

I've lost rank i payd 20$ for about a week a go,, The Minecraft ingame name are the same as i used here...
can u please fix it .. ?

 

You will need to email [email protected] with proof of your purchased rank. That is the only way it can be fixed.

 

I have now sent 4 e-mails over the space of a couple months to him... Still waiting. >.>
