      When I try to upgrade from Sponsor to VIP it says: "You're not allowed to purchase this item." When I am sponsor rank. Can this be fixed please?

      This sort of issue keeps creeping up, I would do as dyna said and email [email protected] explain what you have tried and maybe add a screenshot of the error message as this could help in getting things sorted, a gyazo or an imgur image should be sufficient.

      Sorry I cant be of more help but i have a feeling this could be a Buycraft side issue
