I am a very good redstoner, but i can't build most of my farms because most videos use hoppers and i really want to build more things! If this is a lag problem than i will find a lagstopper for the server and i dont care if i need to make it! I just really want to use redstone for fun things, thank you. P.S. If you want a partail lagstopper, disable TNT!
It has a lot to do with hackers & exploiters. A lot of people "dupe" their items in it. That is one reason why they are disabled. Two, it does cause a lot of lag, when used a lot.
Well, that kinda ruins the server economy. Mod's can't be looking over every single player at once. Personally, I would Perma-Ban.
No. Hoppers are disabled to prevent people from duplicating items. Maybe if people didn't duplicate items we wouldn't have this problem, but that is the past, and this is the punishment for duplicating. They are frowned upon by people who actually wanted to use hoppers for farms.
