Hello all, about 4 days ago I lost my free rank on mine verse: prison. I have no commands and I was reset back to D-block. I would rather not go in depth as that and proof is in this thread http://www.mineverse.com/threads/donar-rank-took-away-free-rank-in-prison.7609/#post-70176

Now, pretty much I have no word as to when I will be given back my free rank, and no one can tell me when or even if it will happen. It is quite frustrating that I haven't been given it back yet as it makes playing on the prison nearly impossible, as well as making me wonder if it will ever be reset.

Have you sent a support email to [email protected] yet?
If not, try sending an email to that address with any details possible.

Also, if possible, maybe sending a detailed conversation to Cypriot or Noobcrew might help on the forums.
