I would suggest providing proof of the transaction if you want help. Tag Cyp, and or email support@mineverse.com. (You need proof)
Go to your purchase history and take a screenshot and send it to him. Don't try fake the pictures' because that would be classed as fraud and fraud is illegal. He will probably also ask to see the transaction ID so make sure you give that to him also.
The proof is in the email you used for the transaction. Find the confirmation email, etc / the email telling you what you bought & when. Don't try to copy someone else's, fraud is illegal like @oliver turner said, and you can be arrested or sued
I think you're lieing or stupid. Who spends $250 on a rank and uses a random email. I don't mean to be rude but that's a dumb move.
Well.. This seems like it's getting a little out of hand...To fix you're problem, there are two ways of contacting Mineverse Staff.. One.. log on to the Mineverse server and and type in the Chat "/staff" it will tell you what Mods, Or Admins are on.. Two, Email what the problem to support@mineverse.com There the wonderful people there at Mineverse who will sort out the situation... Hope it will help.. P.S. How long has it been since you purchased the Rank on the server.. My rank took 2 hours.. Good luck
Also, I recommend trying out the new Prefix fixing signs. Go to each gamemode and reset your rank (find the room with the prefix signs) & click the prefix you bought
Visa gift cards should have a link on the back which allow you to go online and check the purchase history.
Well, I can't seem to find the card. Also, I emailed support they haven't replied. Doesn't work, no permission for it to work. I purchased it about like 2 weeks ago
