that happened too me some demoted me to premium(was god) i mailed the support team for 4 weeks no reply
then i pmed cyp and he fixed it :D

It can. @Godisalive swapped ranks with @PopIs_MyLife. Pop was a god and Godisalive was a Titan and now Pop is titan and God is God (memes) but then God got titan back because he was part of a building project of an infection map :p

It is very unlikely your friend will get the rank however it is possible, but do as said above email [email protected] with your name, the rank you are mssing, a small explanation of what gamemodes you have this problem on and evidence you owned this rank (The screenshot)

 

Nah I don't care about the 10 dollar I just need my elite rank as soon as possible so I can update to God
