Hii. My name is Valixta, I wish to change my attitude, and help this server to the best of my ability.

I'm currently 15, and I turn 16 in June.

I can mostly understand English & Spanish. I am currently studying Spanish in school, so hopefully my Spanish vocabulary will be more complex soon.

Yes, I use Camtasia Studio 12 and Gyazo.

| Why do you think you should become a mod? |
Here are some of my traits that I think are the most useful.

Experienced:
Not only with my past experience as a moderator on this server, I have experience on two other servers, and of course some small ones. One of those servers is known as TMD, it is a hardcore gamemode, primarily based on the hit TV show on AMC called "The Walking Dead", sadly I am no longer staff there because of my inactivity. The second server I have experience on was called CherrieMC. It is no longer a working server because the owner ran out of funds to fund the server needs with. Going into detail on my time spent on Mineverse as a Guard/Global Moderator, I held my position for a little over a month, before I was demoted for my horrible attitude and my mistake of abusing a ./f admin command. I learned from my mistakes, and I am currently working on my so called "horrible attitude". Other than being demoted, I know how commands here work. I am perfectly capable of working properly with the forum and in-game commands.

Kindness:
Shocking right? Well, believe it or not, I have a kind side. I always have, it's just it took me a while to show it. On the gamemode I play most, which is Survival, there are always new people who have no idea what to do. I do my best to help them, and usually I invite them into my town.

Non-Bias:
I've never really been bias before actually. I keep to the truth even if you're my friend. I won't ban or mute people based on bias standards.

Active:
I've played on Mineverse for almost 3 years starting next fall. I am active in-game and on forums almost every day, and don't plan to not be active, unless for vacations or exam studying.

Fast Typer:
I can type pretty fast. In my opinion that is a good trait for a moderator. Slowly typing can cause players to be anxious or impatient, which isn't a good thing.

Strict:
I admit I joke around, but most of the time I don't. A good moderator needs to be strict, yet kind. Moderators who slack off and joke around are more likely to make mistakes than those who don't.

Organized:
In the time I served as staff here, I created my own video folder and screenshot folder to organize my bans in, so I could quickly find the picture or video link and have a quicker appeal process. I am very organized on the forums, I keep all my conversations labeled correctly. In real life I am also very organized for schoolwork. All my papers are kept tight and organized in separate binders.

The character traits I listed above are the ones that I feel describe me the most.

| How long can you be active on the server everyday? |
On weekdays I can be active for 2-3 hours, at least 1 of those hours is on Minechat.
On weekends however, I can be active for 5-6 hours or more.

October 2014.

| Have you ever been banned in the past? |

| Forums |
I've been banned at least 4 times for rate abuse and disrespect. I was permanently banned in December 2014 for cussing out Cypriot in a status update. I then made a few alts to try and get un-banned but it never worked out. Eventually I got banned on my @slay account because this one was un-banned, then after a month of being unbanned, I got it banned again for disrespect. Since then I haven't been banned and I don't plan on being banned.

Most of my bans come from disrespect. I admit to being a immature and disrespectful person.

| Do you have any past experience as a moderator? |
- I am a former Guard and Moderator from this server, I was promoted in October 2014 and demoted early November 2014.
- I used to co-own a server called CherrieMC.
- I also have had experience as helper on a fairly large server ranging from 800-900 players a day. It is called TMD and is based on a popular TV show, it's explained better above. I am no longer staff there, and if you'd like to know why, please PM me.
