Become more active on the forums and in-game. Posting your application right after you join is probably not the best idea. Format your application. I understand that some people don't like to hear this and would rather have a plain application, but I would make formatting something to consider. The suggestion and the flaws were kind of mixed together. By saying increase your activity, I meant that I don't see you around often and so that's something that should be worked on. By saying format your application, I mean that it is kind of bland and that is also something that I would encourage work on.
