In traits on an application when I always see "fast typer" it always lets me down. When you're moderating in game you don't really need to type fast but keep a medium speed going, when you try to over do that speed you end up making mistakes like mis types meaning you could potentially mute,ban,kick and jail the wrong player or yourself which causes problems that wouldn't be there if you just took your time.

The colours in your application just aren't needed, I suggest you remove the purple from 50% of the application and on have colour for the sub headings or a small area where you believe it's needed because when I went through to read your application my eyes were just about to explode.

Also why do you have obedient? When you have the position you have to follow the rules like anyone else and you're just sounding like you're going to spend hours and hours reading through the rules making sure you're following them through the letter without taking action that could be needed on the spot with for example spam bots, multiple advertisers ect. At that stage you use your knowledge of the rules through memory to take action and check up on your work later or double check with the rest of the team.

I also suggest with "Knowledge" You include that you know and understand the rules of the server.

P.S With the ban message now you don't do "Hacking [email protected] ~NCC" for example anymore it's actually "Hacking Appeal @mineverse if thought invalid ~NCC" and there's no need to try and even use colours in that ban message because it's ment to be quick and simple.

No support because this applications really just annoys me with the way it's set out with almost no thought in my mind.
