I suggest you should of taken a screenshot of the recent donors, as now more people have donated and we can't see your name. Maybe @Janice999 could help you or try emailing [email protected]
I would suggest taking a screen shot of the recent donations for no one can help without proof of the transaction, although it is too late now.
Well, the thing is I got my upgrade, but she didn't get hers, it applied it to me twice instead :( I have the rank and I was getting her a rank as part of a Christmas present but I guess its too late xc. @CountryGirl_ @ItsSniiper
