I've seen at least one other person suggest this, and I couldn't agree more.

On skywars, the only way to get money is to either vote, or use a donator kit. It would be awesome if another way to earn money would be from winning games. There really is no reward from winning a game, other than the public message "CountryGirl_ won skywars!". I think it would make the game even better if there was an incentive from winning, that way even non donors can get a lot of money too... And it would make you want to play more.
