That's weird. Okay; Here's some steps that may assist you; 1. Are you the leader of your island? If you are NOT the leader of your island, you can ask the original leader to kick you from the island and that should remove you from the island. If you're the leader, the only commands that will work to get a new island, or restart your island is /island restart or if you're not the leader, then /island leave. These are the only things that will work. 2. Have you contacted a staff member in-game and/or on forums? Your best guess will most likely be from a staff member who knows what to do. I recommend avoiding spamming; but attempting to seek assistance from a staff member. Staff members will be around in-game and on the forums, start a conversation with them or tag them in a thread where you need their assist most. 3. You said you had another account; an old account, did you do a name change, or a full account re-creation? If you changed your name, there is a bug going on, but however, if you re-created another account; I am going to assume that you cannot join/leave someone else's island is because there is the maximum players on the island, which I believe is 4 players at a time. I hope I assisted you; at-least just abit. Thanks.
