It's true. I can't provide any evidence, (def not cuz i'm a noob or anything.... :P) but I have seen this guy glide around...

 

It depends if he's a surpreme or god then he would have /jump a lot of people use /jump to get to places like that

Getting everyone banned then one day someone will have screenshots of u flying

 

One time I was on desert and up on the bedrock and I got hit by a zombie and got hit to that building :/
