So, as mentioned in the title, I was just scammed by Combozq_. She promised me an upgrade to Elite if I were to give her $2000 at KitPVP. She seemed pretty trusted. And so I paid her, she told me she'd get the rank then ran to a corner and said brb. I'm watching her, and after a few minutes she just up and runs off and is now ignoring me. I have screenshots for evidence.

How and where would I report this? I want my money back and I want her gone.

You can't get your money back. But, if you have enough proof, you can report them and possibly get them banned.

Players should be able to get their money back. It isn't fair that other players can make an appeal ezpz and keep the money they scammed.

 

And then an admin would have to come on every single time the report is valid and give their money back.

you would put it in the report section. They can be banned if the report is valid, but you cannot get your money back.

Although you have lost your money, atleast by reporting them and IF they get banned it won't be used by them. Sorry bro :/

 

If you got your money back people would farm it and scam themselves on alts for lots of money then transfer it to another alt so they keep the scammed money.
