My friend SnakeVenomPvP is having issues

Problem: he says that he bought god, and he has the rank god on all of the servers except for opfactions, i can approve that he has elite on opfactions. he can not make a report due to his account is too new to post anything. so i am taking his problem, being helpful and going to do it for him.

 

being that i am only a titan, i do not have the proof stating he donated.

 

here is some evidence showing that he has god on the lobby, but has elite on opfactions

you didnt read what i reported it for lol, i said that his account is too new to post anything. its the noob rank right now so he cant do anything with it

Your friend is lieing to you if he says he cannot post anything on the forums but never the less just send an email with the following to [email protected]

His name
The rank he is missing
On what servers he is missing the rank
Evidence he actually have this rank (screenshot)

 

I'm sorry to hear about your friend not having God rank on OP Factions.

Sending an email to [email protected] following the below template is the quickest possible way to get this problem fixed. Your friend will probably not get an immediate response, so tell him to send an email with the same message once a week. Another possibility is for him to contact the admins here on the forums, or find them in game. But both of those will take longer or have a small chance of happening.
