This suggestion is about adding a staff rank called Staff Manager.

This rank would deal with all the promotions and demotions. This would allow Cypriot to focus more on fixing current game modes and accepting other ideas.

So yea, I think Staff Manager would lighten the load on Cypriot.

Noobcrew did it before Cypriot, maybe he could do it. That or have Gwism come back and manage staff. I honestly don't really know. You were rebeling on Infection. Everyone agreed that we need more staff lol. It was crazy.

That's Banana and Fryzigg's job. I've seen them viewing mod apps so I bet you'll get your mods you asked for soon.

 

Actually, they choose who they think are good candidates. They then send it to Cypriot who makes the final choice.

 

That's what I meant. The Normal Mods pick there canidates and send them to the head mods, the head mods pick there best canidates and send it to Cypriot. Then Cypriot makes the final descision

Downside is that who ever the staff manager is will put friends before great applicants and people.
Unless it is someone who Cyp knows and is willing to that

 

This is basically head mod, nana effectively runs hellblock now and does alot of the server side work for other gamemodes too.
