Head Moderators able to Modify Player Information

There is no way to do this without giving us access to the Admin Panel which probably won't happen ever. I have to talked to Cypriot, he will promote a forum admin when he sees fit. Otherwise, giving us this ability is impossible without gaining administrative permissions at the moment. Hopefully Xenforo will come out with an update that allows these sort of permissions to be possible. For now, this suggestion is a long shot for the Head-Moderator group.
