As soon as you get muted, it tells you how long you are muted for. If you want to know how long the mute has left, ask the moderator that muted you via forums

 

Just contact Cyp or Noob and ask for an appeal ONLY if you think it was incorrect.

Neither of them deal with bans etc

 

You can have someone in-game do "/seen roneallm" to see how long your mute will last, hope I'm not too late.
