EUR [EU/PL] Salamander's Guard Application.

Hi, I'm Salamander and I'm applying for the [Guard] Staff Position on Mineverse's Prison Sub-type, I hope you enjoy my application and read the whole thing, although you can just kind of skim it if you don't feel like reading a wall of text or don't have much time. Thank you all very much in advance for bothering.

This thread will be updated over time with new sections, layouts and so on, so re-read every now and then so if it currently does not impress you I can try to change your opinion.

My application will have 2 applications in it, one will be a detailed one with a lot of information with every reason explained, and a summary of it, for the people who don't feel like reading, but still want to throw in their 2 cents, which is understandable.

If you believe that I had done something wrong in this application, feel free to let me know. I'd love to hear what I can do better.

Why do you think you should become a Guard? The Prison server is a pretty crazy place without any staff. When I am online, which is usually around noon GMT, I see no Guards, but a few every few hours, and if I see them, they're not on too long. Not trying to say there are inactive staff members, however none in my timezone. I believe, that by becoming a staff member, I could help control the jungle that is prison. I'm a patient person, and that is a trait that is more than essential on this gamemode, due to the raging and so on. I would like to make Prison a better place for everyone, keeping it G-rated, nice and friendly, despite the craziness that is going on when there is no staff members on to control all of this. I may be young, but I can handle what is going on at the server. I often see people break rules. I can't really do much about this. Well, if I do become a Staff member, I shalt be able to deal with problems players have, and I'll be able to be a good role-model for everyone, and teach them to follow the rules that this server has. I find it fun to help out and make sure everything is O.K. It's instinct to correct people's wrong doing, and I want to do exactly that. This server is really good in my opinion, and I'd hate to s

ee that some of the good players get pushed away from the server due to the constant rule breaking that goes on everyday. I would like to do everything in my power to help out the Prison server and its community. While I am not the best candidate, I believe I can do a decent job moderating the chat of the Prison Sub-Server. I read fast, so I can usually keep up with the chat, although as all of us do, I miss some messages, however who doesn't?

-I talk a lot, and I am nice to everyone while I do talk.
-I am fair to all, not taking into consideration race, religion, opinions and so on.
-I don't "judge a book by it's cover"
-I do not use bad language nor do I speak of topics that are no appropriate for people who are younger.
-I usually stay calm and collected.
-I keep things professional.
-I do not call anyone out on things.
-I am nice to all, no matter what the past with that person is.
-I don't rage when something doesn't turn out well
-I can put myself in someone else's shoes
-I am understanding
-I have experience with Moderation
-I stay calm and collected no matter what. If I am in a bad situation, I come to a more experienced Staff Member or Player, and consult them for help
-I am a fast learner, I' can learn the ways around being a Guard pretty quick
-I have a sense of humor, but I'm serious when it is essential. I am usually one to crack a joke, but nothing too not appropriate nor anything regarding serious topics or things that may be hurtful to other players, or people, for that matter.

How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have been playing for one year and two months or so

How long can you be active on the server everyday? Depends on what I have planned. I'd say 1 hour to 10 hours, depending on what I have planned. I will try to get on everyday for at least an hour, and will stay on as long as possible, with breaks.

Do you have any past experience as a Guard? I have not been a Guard yet, however, I have been staff on a few servers. I've observed the staff of the server long enough to know how to act.

Have you ever been banned on Mineverse? Negative.

Do you know the Prison Contraband items & rules? (Yes/No): I'm aware of both. I do re-check them every now and then to see if I missed anything or something was added.

About me:

My name is real life is Rebeka, and I'm from Boston, in America. I was born on February 9th, 2003, 3 years after my older sister. I moved to Poland, where I reside now, with my family at the age of 7 months, so I don't have many memories of Boston. In the house we moved in, I met my best friend. This friend I talk to every 2 days at least, and I have known him for soon to be 10 years now. I spent most of my life and 2 years of schooling there. I have moved in Summer 2011, starting my second school in September. I didn't fit in at all and spent 3rd and 4th grade alone. Last year, 2013, I moved schools, again, since my sister goes to the secondary school that is next to it. So this is my 3rd school. I am in 5th grade currently, and having a blast with my friends. That's a very brief summary of what has been happening to me for the past 11 years.

What does Mineverse mean to me?

Mineverse means to me quite a bit, since many people here are so nice and awesome, there is so much to do, so many things to talk about.
It's so amazing to see how many friendly people are here. I'd hate to see all of these people leave. I would like to keep the server as it is now, an amazing place. It matters a whole lot to me, since I love when people are all friends and all close in a community. I adore being on forums, since I can talk to some awesome people.
