Haha.. I've been told they already knew of these issues beforehand. Now I wonder why it is they don't take action to keep their own server stable

Huh, really? So I suppose they're trying to keep their staff numbers consistent?

 

There's nothing consistent of the staff team in its current state, and the acceptance of staff apps.

 

No It happends I think he choose like 3 or 4 mods and 3 resigned.

 

What I mean is, it seems odd that they try to keep the amount of staff on their staff team the same even though there have been many complaints about it.

 

Yes but they do not demote them, they just resign.

Totally agree there is a lack of staff across the board on MV servers. Many recently appointed mods have already resigned. Part of the problem it seems is globalisation of mods as opposed to before where mods make a 2 server prefrence ( is this still the case?)

Are these mods feeling too pressured?...being dragged across so many servers. With the 2 server system we definetly had more mod on server time. Where as yes globalisation of all mods seems efficient...it is hurting server communities. Reliance on forums as primary source of mod application and vetting is a flaw in the process which is limiting number of mod applications both being made and being approved ( whats the percentage of ppl that log on to mv servers that actually log on to forums??)

Its a complicated issue with many factors. Maybe a nomination system? Forum or ingame... Provisional Approval of mod applications? ( limited abilities...make unable to assess ban appeals, 10 day evaluation period.

Im sure the guys will figure a combo that will work for them./ all of us....theres always a way

 

Honestly, I think global mods are much better than limited ones because it allows for more flexibility. When there are so few mods online at a time, it could cause trouble if a limited mod is needed elsewhere.

 

It's not like mods are online anyways. I've seen a few mods in the past week; Alex, Scorvux, Agent, Nana, Pile, Larry, and Night. Haven't seen the other ones.

 

What I mean is, if there are any mods on at all, it wouldn't be best to limit them to two servers. But yeah, I rarely ever see mods on the server.
