Hello im KaiTheDogLord i changed my username to KaiTheDogLord. it was KaiTheRunner. and on survival i but private signs on my chest now i cant acess them can a mod come and help?

 

Because they have it set up with the username not UUID's. Correct me if I am wrong xD I have no experience with code. @TannerLittle

1 You change your name back to old name.
2 When you can change your name back, remove your signs
3. Change your name
4. Place the signs back on the chests.
5. ENJOY!
(Or, you could go to [email protected] although you should bump the email (Just reply to it) every week (give or take), then Cyp will listen to you, as he gets a lot of messages and can become very busy.)

I had this problem on here and on .net. On .net Lemonade removed my signs, and on here they did not even reply to my thread. I had to ask my friend to change her user name for the one I had and that is how my problem was solved. Sorry to say this, but on here I don't know why the mods can't solve this issue. Good luck.

 

I tried with one of my alts and yes your previous user name is taken sorry.
