Look doesn't really matter in a sense. What I mean by that is the bold, color text, italics, underline, etc. Yes he or she should stick with the template and make it organized. But everything else should come second or not even matter.
Also have a lot of details of course

 

Hey Cookie . First of all, welcome to the forums! Also, for your application, I am sorry but I will have to stick with no support for now. Here are some tips:
-Be more active
-Be nice to the community
-Add more information to your application
-Reply to people using the reply button on the right hand corner
-You used the template which is awesome but make it more detailed and organized (that way we can all read it clearly)

Also, don't let the haters get to you. You seem like a really nice, kind, and caring person. "Don't listen if someone says you aren't good enough" Hope this helps you :D

Tip: I used to talk like that, then I went on Parkour for a few months where they get on to you for it. :P
I then stopped soon after.

Also, try organizing it a bit more, try to fix mistakes, spend a long time on it, look at accepted mod apps.

I obviously ment that I thought you ment that you were talking about how Cookie's cosmetic looks on his app and not so much on being organized and detail.
