On forums you don't have to be much online...
All you need is checking every 15-20 minutes and that can you do in your game time

 

Moderators must certainly be active on the website.
- Reports
- Ban Appeals
- Players that need help
- Much more.

 

So you want that Moderators watch their screen 2 hours for questions and other things:P

 

No. But it should be at least as active as in the game on the website. The website is also a part of the server. They can check the forum every now and then and play simultaneously.

 

Then they should check the forums for Alerts every 5-10-15 minutes?

I've never seen you in-game. Although, I don't play OPprison. Also, you should wait until you know the forums community. No support. Other reasons have been stated.
