I can only agree with Survival only, because I have not played any of the other servers enough to give a educated decision.

I'd like to add they add each and every potion ingredient to the shop. For example, finding Ghast Tears are almost impossible once they've all been hunted.

Well Survival should be kept /enchant Only for Titans. Titan's had payed more than god, and It was guranteed that Titans had have /enchant.
