So yea, this is not my idea, it's @Pink 's, but she gave me permission to make the thread. Her idea is that you make Moderator Applications private. Why? Because of our horrible community. Our community rates anything bad, dislike. Which doesn't help the person. We also rate the same rating if there's 12 of them. So? This means that only staff and Admin would have the permissions to see the applications. It also removes all flaming from Applicants. So yea, creds to @Pink
Let's be honest it's not like the staff spend enough time knowing applicants without the (admittedly, pretty toxic) community. If you honestly even want a staff team, at this point in time it wouldn't really be possibly hiring applicants privately because of the lack of effort.
I support. I was once told that Cyp and Crew's opinions were final, so why make it so why not prevent others from saying trash, lies, and flaming?
It's up to the community they decide if they would like to see You everyday moderating a game mode Neutral
No Support, the Staff might not even know a player much but the members would. Plus, if Staff chose the people they want to be Moderators what if the members don't like the person? We already have people who hate some of the staff we have here, why have some more? In my opinion the members have just as much right to chose who they want to become Mods as the Staff.
