[Survival] World Download

Hello,
So, the reset has been a topic of talk lately, and everyone is upset that all of their hard work will be gone. To solve this problem, I had the idea that maybe a download for the Survival world could be put up for a couple of months before and after the reset so everyone can keep all of their hard work in a singleplayer world on their computer.

Now, you might think, "Omg, but you'll need the plugins to get to places, silly!" but I was thinking that the necessary plugins, such as Warptastic and the /sethome plugin could either be included in the download, or a separate link could be there to download them.

This is just the raw idea, and it will need a lot of thought, I understand, and I'm not sure whether warps etc will be saved in the world folder, but again, it was just an idea.

Naaah, I wouldn't say download. They could try to keep it open but not quite sure about download. Seems impossible to me, but I'm a newb. :P

They could do what they did with Factions.
-Have people spawn in the new factions and have them do /factions 2 to get to the other factions.

-Do this with survival.

 

Nah Survival powers are equal, i dont think Survival needs a reset; I joined yesterday and im happy, theres no power abuse like in most pvp servers, besides skywars, of coarse.

 

I think a reset should however happen every so often. Holding the old world would be good but eventually it'll have to go forever.

 

survival is a big world. there is still alot of space to be explored and where you can build. I don't see why a reset would had to be happening soon.

 

Survival isn't resetting anytime soon?..

The last reset happened on the last day of Easter. So around May.

Just make a survival 2 (again)

 

As Tad stated, it has already been reset.

They should, tbh some of the dupers that got away still have a lot of items...

It's actually pretty hard to find a couple of chunks worth of land that has been relatively ungriefed, untouched, and unclaimed by people (not including water).

/enchant and /god...
Titans /god when they are fighting and they're low.
/enchant is basically why "op" armor is so easily obtainable now.
(If you've seen my armor room, it basically is tons of sets of diamond armor, all maxed. I would have more if I didn't quit, compared to people that just join and have nothing.)

/survival 2 no longer works, by the way.
