Help? Emailed Support

Any Creative or OPPrison mods? I want to say that I emailed [email protected] about my plot on opprison and creative but still no reply. Tag Cypriot? Thank you.

 

When did you submit the email?

Perhaps wait a little while longer.

 

It's been 2 days, Cyp gets a load of emails. Patience is the key :D

 

Just wait at least a week or 2, if you don't get a reply try resending it. Make sure to give as much details to what the problem is so Cyp can fix it easily.

 

Tag Cypriot? So he knows about that I emailed support and made this thread

 

You don't need to ask Mods to tag Cyp, as they can't any more than you can fly. Just quote a post of his yourself and he will get an alert for that.

 

Leave the thread if you don't know anything. Only mods can tag Cypriot :\

 

Annual is just trying to help you. Apparently Cyp has tags turned off for everyone so now you just have to quote him to get his attention.

But yeah, 2 days isn't a very long time considering the amount of emails they must get. Like stated above, give it a couple weeks and if nothing happens after that, try re-sending it.

Be patient. The email is flooded I'd imagine with all of these donator and name change issues.

I did it like 3 times already, I need a mod to help me.. for my creative plots now.

 

If you are still waiting for a response, I suggest emailing them every 2-3 days until they see it, and resolve the issue.

 

I think head mods should have perms to do this tbh, a lot of things would be solved.
