I can assure you that elite is not hacking, that jump is entirely possible, just very difficult and timing needs to be exact, plus, Elite has paid a lot of money to get the rank he is, so he isn't wanting to get himself banned and let all the money he has spent gone to waste.

 

(Just saying) If you bump up the quality to 720HD and full screen the video, the name tag is visible.

 

How would I do that?

 

He zooms in the name with 720p on and you can clearly see at 4 - 5 seconds in that the name shows.
