Help!

hey Me and my friends were on cretaive and we dont have permission to any commands apart from /me
were both Sponsors and we cannot msg do anything with pets even travel to spawn nor can we do any /plotme commands

What do we do?

its not my rank i have my rank but i could do commands yesterday but not today nor can some other ranks...

 

have you changed your name anytime recently?
