Here's an easy way to do it. There's a little button that looks like a paper clip. Type (click here) or select any word and highlight it. Then find the link you want the word to take a person to. Once you've located that link, click the paper clip button and copy the link. Paste the link inside the dialogue box provided. Click insert link. Once you've produced your thread or post, people can click the word and it will take them to the link you chose!
