Go to [email protected] and say what the problem is, it will take a while for them to reply or even fix the issue. Or, you could find Cypriot on team speak or in game and he may be able to help.

Try re-sending your email every 5 days until you get a response. It is very easy to miss an email because of how much they get daily.

Also, it may take a bit because Cypriot is on vacation.
