On GTA, I have 9 stacks of Auto-Snipers and a set of prot 20 maxed out armor, If my enderchest could be reset, Or a mod/admin take the items from me so i can no longer be acused of cheating, This would be awesome.

Pretty sure perms are limited on GTA, and based on prior events that have happened I don't believe the staff have access to remove items from echests or inventories.
Your best bet would be Merks, but honestly his time is very limited as an admin and I doubt he would be able/willing to get in game just to clear your echest because you want him to.
