Yes In fact, I used to hack long ago in Op PvP, But every since my last ban, I have never hacked since then and I deleted them about 1 year ago.

Neutral. You need to add a lot more information under why you should be mod. Go into more detail and explain why you are "honest, responsible, and social." It doesn't look like that much time was put into this, and you want it to be clear that you're willing to spend extra time to get things done correctly. I've seen you on prison though, and you're nice to other players. Good luck.
