Prison. • Quests. ○ Quests are given by NCP villagers/customized mobs to look like players, which can offer you jobs inside the prison. By completing these, you will earn money to rank up. • Tutorial room. ○ A tutorial room would be useful to players who don't realize there is a forum website for help, tutorials and advice. You would first spawn in this tutorial room where everything about Mineverse-prison will be explained. After which you spawn into the prison. • Add additional rooms? ○ A prison is more than just hard-labor. A cantina, shower rooms, even a courtyard for prisoners to go outside. The courtyard could include a small parkour which players could complete for a free $1000 every 24-hours, or a PvP arena. Skyblock. • A mini server-shop. ○ The server shop won't include many items. Only saplings, farming material, and items that a normal player cannot buy. Factions. • Head-hunting. ○ Fighting a player is fun, but being given their head as a trophy is more fun. You can keep it as a trophy, sell it for money, or even trade heads with other players. • Legendary items. ○ Legendary items are items available through a legendary key. (more explained later). • Economy change. ○ The current economy could have its prices a little higher. Though make sure all prices are equal. • A new spawn design? ○ To my opinion, the current spawn design doesn't suit Factions. A larger spawn with Parkour and other additional features could be more useful. • A /warp PvP. (not a small arena. a larger arena) • More items in kits. Survival. • Add PvP arena for fair PvP. • Add new items to the shop (i.e: cocoa beans, slime-balls, mob loot) • Add an adapted version of MCMMO. • In-game rank system. ○ An in-game rank system where players can rank up from custom ranks with no donor features. Just a competition on who is a higher rank. • Preventing /God in combat. ○ Having Titans jump in-and out of /God while fighting is the most annoying thing besides Trump running for president. It's an unfair advantage. Preventing Titan-players to use /God while in combat would make a fight more fair. Three Survival game-modes? • Three Survival game-modes, easy, medium, and hardcore. Easy would have no mobs what-so-ever. It's for beginners or players who are too afraid of being blown up. No /enchant, /god with a PvP-tag. ○ Medium (current survival) mobs can blow you up. No /enchant (only from the shop), /god with a PvP-tag. ○ Hardcore would have no /enchant nor /god. Mobs spawn at a faster rate. Chests can be unlocked in unclaimed areas (unless a private sign is placed) and the ability to sign up for /raid ○ (hardcore, explaining /raid) The command /raid is a hardcore command only. You can raid other players, but other players who enabled /raid can raid you. Example: Player one enables /raid and raids player 2. While player 3 raids player 1 and goes home with his loot. • Remove /enchant, but wait! ○ Remove /enchant from the current Survival game-mode (or any version) but have (Titan players only) go to a special donation shop and purchase enchants for a very high price. Example: Sharpness I - V can range from $10,000 to $50,000. Infection. • Preventing OP-zombies. ○ Most donators enjoy being an overpowered zombies. Wear our donor kit and slay all the non-ranked humans. It's really fun for donators. But I went on my alternative account (never played Infection as a low rank) and the amount of times I got beaten was insane. • Everything else has already been suggested by other Infection players. Creative. • Role-play chat. ○ A solution to decrease the ''mess'' on Creative would be having a private party or roleplay chat in Creative. Players could access a chat created by a seprate player by typing '/roleplay join <role play-name>' ○ To prevent advertisement, a player can use '/roleplay list' to view each roleplay currently active. ○ Additional information can be found by using ''/roleplay info <roleplay name>'' along with the creator and current members of this roleplay. • An additional Creative server? ○ Creative has so many lag-machines and issues where players are simply kicked off the server. An extra Creative server would balance it out. Skywars. • $3 reward for winning. ○ A small reward would be nice for players who do not understand the voting system nor have the opportunity to donate. And this is my suggestion list. The grammatical mistakes are off the charts. But I just woke up and have nothing productive to do. So enjoy my list.
I support pretty much everything in this list. I also highly agree with the skyblock shop. It could make a more deserve economy for players to enjoy. Possibly we could come up or form some of those ideas into something the admins may want to implement.
Support, But for the Infection Suggestion, Add more maps. Plus, More hackers are in infection nowadays, get a stronger plugin. I would suggest the OP Zombies, in my opinion, Elite+ would not be allowed to use their kits when zombies. But Mvp and below are allowed. As, it is not "full" diamond armor.

A server shop on Skyblock I still feel would be a fantastic idea. I had even made a sample idea for one awhile back on a creative plot that "matched up" with the theme of skyblock. http://i.imgur.com/4rcWC2f.jpg
